Travel Tips
The atmosphere at the lodge is casual. Dressing in layers will keep you comfortable, as the temperatures in the summer tend to range from 45º-75º F. Here are a few suggested items you’ll need for your stay:
- Alaska fishing license (available for purchase at our lodge)
- Rain jacket
- Rain pants
- Warm sweaters or sweatshirts
- Long sleeve shirts
- Thermal underwear (for the cool days)
- Warm hat and gloves
- Wool/polypro blend socks
- Personal undergarments (there are no laundry facilities for guests)
- Comfortable walking shoes
- Rain boots
- Personal items such as toiletries
- Polarized sunglasses and sunscreen lotion
- Camera, binoculars
