Reservation
and Cancellation
Policies
To secure your reservation, a deposit
of 50% of the total cost of the lodging
is required. Dates will be held only
with a deposit. Final payment must be
received by May 1, 2009.
A $50 per person fee will be withheld
for written cancellations received 90
days prior to the stay and the balance
will be refunded. Reservations
cancelled less than 90 days will not be
refunded. In the event of a weather
cancellation every effort will be made
to rebook your visit in the current
season.
To safeguard against unforeseen
circumstances that may cause you to
cancel, less than 90 days in advance,
we highly recommend travel
insurance.
