Below we have listed options to help you in making your travel plans. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding your travel arrangements.

Anchorage to Lodge:
Travel directly from Anchorage to the lodge using the following air services

Anchorage to Seward to Lodge:
Take a picturesque ride on the Alaska Railroad to Seward. From Seward, you may enjoy either a scenic charter flight or charter boat ride to the lodge.

Alaska Railroad - Coastal Classic Train
Scenic Mountain Air

Anchorage to Whittier to Lodge:
Take a picturesque ride on the Alaska Railroad to Whittier. From Whittier you can enjoy a scenic charter boat ride to the lodge.

Travel Tips

The atmosphere at the lodge is casual. Dressing in layers will successfully keep you comfortable, as the temperatures in the summer tend to range from 45º-75º F. Below we've suggested items you will need for your stay:

-Alaska fishing license (available for purchase at our lodge)
-Rain jacket
-Rain pants
-Warm sweaters or sweatshirts
-Long sleeve shirts
-Thermal underwear (for the cool days)
-Warm hat and gloves
-Wool/polypro blend socks
-Personal undergarments (there are no laundry facilities for guests)
-Comfortable walking shoes
-Rain boots
-Personal items such as toiletries
-Polarized sunglasses and sunscreen lotion
-Camera, binoculars
