Port Ashton Lodge is located 10 miles from the Gulf of Alaska, just inside Prince William Sound - and it's known world-wide for the great fishing action! It's not uncommon to catch “barn-door” halibut, rockfish, pacific cod, lingcod, and salmon all on the same day. We are conveniently located right next door to prime fishing grounds that fishing charters spend 2-3 hours traveling to. If you want to maximize your fishing time, stay with us at Port Ashton Lodge for one or two nights.
 

Booking a multi-day fishing charter with overnight stays in Port Ashton Lodge's cozy cabins cuts down on travel time back and forth to the port, leaving more time for your fishing lines to be in the water. This increases your chances of 'limiting out.' Spending two days fishing also increases the number of fish you are allowed to catch, allowing you to bring more fish back home. That way you can share more rockfish tacos, grilled salmon, and halibut Olympia with your friends and family. Your first day's catch can be frozen in our unique floating freezer house for $60 / night, just a few steps away from our dock fillet station.
